| Avlaki Haven provides an ideal setting to enjoy a stress free
holiday with every luxury provided in comfortable, spacious
accommodation for a maximum of six people to share. And our
traditionally styled Hydra villa is situated overlooking the cove of
Avlaki so there are very few steps to climb from the coast road. |

Avlaki Haven is a substantial house on three floors
with plenty of balconies from which to enjoy the 180 degree sea
views. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and enjoy the
spectacular colours as the sun dips behind the Peloponnese mainland
in the evening. We promise you that the colours in our site banner
have not been enhanced and are completely genuine. |
Accommodation consists of:
Lower ground floor, large studio with sitting area, dining
area, kitchen, double bed in attractive alcove and an unusual shower
room hewn out of the mountain side. The studio is completely
self-contained and has a separate entrance with steps down from the
street to a courtyard garden. |

| Ground Floor: offers a large living room, a loggia style
room (covered terrace balcony overlooking sunken garden with sea
views) the main kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite shower
room and balcony. |

| Throughout the house is air-conditioned and
centrally heated. It is available year round. For your entertainment
there is satellite TV, video, and a CD player as well as plenty of
books in various languages and games for you to enjoy. The main
kitchen is very well equipped with all modern conveniences and can
be used to prepare and serve cordon bleu standard dinners for
parties if you wish to entertain.
You will be met, with donkeys to carry your luggage, when you
land on Hydra by our manager who will escort you to Avlaki Haven,
show you around the house and introduce you to the house-keeper. The
house-keeper will come to the house on a daily basis each morning to
clean for you and if you would like, to get provisions and cook
breakfast. |

Please note that Avlaki Haven is not
available for less than 7 nights. Children over the age of 16 are
welcome. Sorry no pets as there are already resident cats in the
garden. House keeper and daily cleaning included. 50% deposit
secures booking with balance due no less than 8 weeks prior to
arrival. |
